To commence the booking process please fill in the enquiry form as fully as possible.

The Booking and Payment Process

A booking fee of £50 is taken when booking your trial and/ or wedding date. This fee secures your trial date and provisionally holds your wedding date in Catherine Strong's diary. This fee is non-refundable but is deductible from the wedding day total. By paying this fee you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Prices at the time of booking are final and if Catherine Strong's prices change, your booking will not be affected.

 

The Trial

The full balance of the trial must be paid directly to Catherine in either cash before the end of the trial or by bank transfer before the trial commences.

If you need to reschedule your trial this will be at the discretion of Catherine and dependent on availability.

 

Booking your Wedding

After a successful trial 50% of the wedding day total is due no later than one week after the trial date. This fee is non-refundable. Failure to make this payment will result in your wedding date being released in Catherine Strong's diary. Please note that your wedding date will not be secure until you have received written confirmation from Catherine that your payment has been accepted.

The remaining 50% of the wedding day total is due one month before the wedding date.

 

Health & Safety

It is the client’s responsibility to make Catherine Strong and any other artist working with Catherine aware of any allergies including, but not limited to, medical conditions, allergic reactions and product sensitivities from which the client or any members of the booking may suffer.

Catherine Strong may be unable to provide make-up and/or hair services to anyone suffering from any of, but not limited to the following; a skin, eye, lip infection.

 

Minimum Booking and Assistants

During weekends in May to August a minimum charge of £500 may apply.

For larger bridal parties an extra £50 charge may apply for extra assistants.

 

Travel & Accommodation

Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile. This also applies to the return journey.

If  Catherine is travelling, using public transport you will be provided with a quote at the time of booking.

 

Changes to your Booking

Catherine must be made aware of any changes to the booking at the earliest convenience. Failure to do so may result in Catherine not being unable to accommodate your changes.

If the number of people in the bridal party is reduced, charges and the minimum booking fee may still apply.

 

Cancellation

Once paid, trial fees and the 50% wedding day total fee are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your wedding booking this must be done two months in advance of the wedding date. After this time the full fee will still be due.

Catherine Strong reserves the right to cancel and cease services if the client or any member of the client’s booking, behave in an anti-social manner, including but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour. In the event of anti-social behaviour all payments will be non-refundable.

 

Media

Catherine Strong has the right to publish any media content including, but not limited to photography and video, unless otherwise stated in writing by the client.
